This Modesto HQ course covers American Church Law and Parliamentary Procedure. Every minister should have some knowledge of legal rules and principles concerning the relationship of church and state in America. Especially useful for ministers interested in starting a church or congregation, and for administrative staff.

Instructions are included in the course for where to submit any assignments, quiz and essay questions.

• A successful completion requires a score of 75% or higher on the final exam.
• If you do not pass the course on your first attempt, you may retake the test as often as needed.
