How do I return an item?

Non-personalized items may be returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items including certificates, packages and wallet cards are not eligible for return, although if found to be defective, they will be exchanged for the same item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Personalized and special order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

To process your return, you must first obtain an RA# (return authorization) Contact us online to submit a support ticket. Please provide the order number and any information you would like us to know about your return..

We will reply with instructions, including the RA# which must be written on the outside of the return shipment for proper processing.
