Do I have to pay sales tax?

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).  We will process your credit promptly, however the credit card companies generally take a few days to show the credit to your account.  This is especially true if you used a debit card.
Why was my credit / debit card declined?
  The credit card companies do not disclose to merchants the reasons for a card being declined. In many cases, it happens because the credit card company has detected activity that they consider unusual in comparison to your past purchases. When this happens, they will put a hold on the card until you contact them to verify recent transactions.

Cards are often declined because the number or expiration date have been entered incorrectly. If you recently received a replacement for an existing account, you will need to use the new expiration date, even if the expiration date on the old card has not passed. Other reasons a card might be declined include the account being over limit or delinquent.

You should contact your credit card issuer, using the phone number on the back of the card of shown on your paper or online statement. They will be able to determine why the card was declined and resolve the issue.
