My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please click here for more information on returning an item. Non-personalized items may be returned in new condition for refund. Items bearing personalized imprint may not be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is defective or not imprinted according to your instructions (as shown on the item detail), it will be replaced at no charge. We may ask you to return the defective item, in which case, we will supply you with a postage paid return label.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
What is your return policy?
  Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy.  Non-personalized items may be returned in new condition for refund. When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
 
If you have ordered from us previously using the new shopping cart, you may have set up an "account" which you can use to check the status or delivery of previous orders, locate links to download products, or save a "wish list" of items you are thinking of buying.

Please note however, that your "account" for the store is entirely separate from any login you may have created for yourself for the minister directory or the ULC Online discussion forum. If your email address is not found here, you may create a store account when you place your next order.

If you ordered from the ULC Seminary in the past few years, your ULC Seminary store account will be the same here, as the stores have been merged into one.
