The foundation of our church organization is one that stands for and advocates religious freedom. Originally founded in 1959, it was in May of 1962 that the ULC was formally incorporated as a California not-for-profit corporation. The "Do that which is right" text on the current card is the familiar lettering style presented on the Credentials of Ministry Ordination Certificate issued to ministers of the Universal Life Church.
