When placing your order, please indicate the number of lines you will need for the certificate:

• The number of Godparents being designated. 1 or 2 (Example: Godmother/Godfather)
• If one or both parents will be signing the certificate.
• Does your certificate require the signature of an officiant?*

*By default, our certificate does not include a signature line for an officiant, as some families do not use an officiant to dedicate Godparents.

With these 3 certificates, we suggest:

• Offer the Godparent(s) one certificate as their keepsake.
• One certificate remains with the parent(s) for their memento.

Add an additional certificate if both parents live in separate households, or to have as a backup in case of an accidental such as ink smears, creasing or other blemishes.
