How do I return an item?

Due to the personalized nature of our items and watermark/authenticated legal documents and certificates, items are not refundable.
Personalized items, special order items, apparel, digital downloads, courses and clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund.

For any orders that are cancelled and have had a shipping label generated to send out for shipping, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

However, if an item is defective or the custom printing is incorrect according to your instructions at checkout, we will replace it at no charge.
For incorrectly printed items, we may ask you to submit a photograph of the item(s) in a state where each product is destroyed.
