International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  In our checkout, we offer a drop down menu to view the countries we ship to. Simply add an item and view your cart. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), as well as any debit card which bears the logo of one of these card types. We also accept payment via PayPal.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, that is also accepted, and you will be able to print out your completed order and mail it along with your order. Or you can simply copy down the order number and include it on your check or money order. We will be able to connect it to your order when we receive it.

All payments must be denominated in US dollars, and checks or money order must be drawn on a US bank. We cannot accept payments via instruments drawn on a non-US bank.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 3-5 business days in most cases. Ocassionally it takes longer due to a need to clarify or confirm personalized information, dates, etc.

International shipping calculations are complex, and in some cases, our shopping cart may calculate an amount that is excessive, although we make every effort to provide an accurate shipping cost that reflects the actual cost of packaging and shipping your order. Often the shipping charge is less than it actually costs us to package and ship your order.

If you feel the shipping charge quoted by the cart is too high, please contact us via the support page and let us know what items you ordered and how much you were quoted for shipping. If we detect an excessive shipping charge on an order that is submitted, we will amend the charge to reflect the lower cost and refund it to you.
