My Account
How do I edit my account information?
We do not offer any type of "accounts." We have found that it leads to more confusion and obstacles to navigating our checkout than it solves.

For example, if you create an account, and subsequently return to make a purchase, the software will require you to remember the email and password you previously used. You could request a password reset, but we understand that when you are attempting to conduct a transaction online, you just want to get it done, without arguing with the website about your password etc.!

This does eliminate some features, such as a "wishlist" or not having to enter your name and address at checkout. But most of our visitors have indicated that it is more trouble that it is worth!

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
We do not require a password to use our store. If you are being asked for a password, please check to see if you are on the genuine site (store.ulc.net) There are several bogus "knock-off" operators, and some of them do ask you for a password.

If you are needing your password for the directory or forum, there are password recovery utilities available. Return to the page and look for the link to recover your password.
How do I return my product?
Personalized items, special order items, apparel, digital downloads and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If an item is defective or not imprinted according to your instructions (as shown on the item detail), we will replace it at no charge.
We may ask you to return the defective item, in which case, we will supply you with a postage paid return label.

For eligible returns, you must first obtain an RA# (return authorization number.)
Contact us online to submit a support ticket. Please provide the order number and any information you would like us to know about your return.
We will reply with instructions, including the RA# which must be written on the outside of the return shipment for proper processing.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Sooner if we can. However since most orders require careful processing of the official records, and attention to detail while preparing personalized imprint, we do not want to over-promise! Sometimes, we may also need to contact you to verify some information. We need to do this in order to be sure that we have your record correct. People often move, change emails, even change their name, and this all requires special handling in our records. We take record-keeping very seriously!

At the time of shipment, a shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. Please be sure to check your spam folder, especially if you use a service like Yahoo, Outlook (Hotmail), or your Internet service provider's email system. Many of those services can be aggressive about blocking anything they think might be spammy.
